HALLCO advises to supply the serial and model number to confirm the correct part number is used for the HALLCO Live Floor Kit (LFK) intended. HALLCO is continually developing new technology to improve our products to be used. Offering photos of the CDU, Floor or parts required will always help give the best customer service.
The serial plate is located on rear base manifold either in the center or switching valve attachment. If the plate has been lost, please take photos of the Complete Drive Unit (CDU) and be ready to talk to one of our friendly team.

Module (Mod)
▸Cylinder, shafts, manifolds, switching valve and assembly parts without switching rod assembly, hoses, fittings and controls. -
Complete Drive Unit (CDU)
▸Module plus control valve, switching rod assembly, frame/mount, cross drives, shoes/clamps and fasteners. -
Perimeter Frame (PF)
▸Housing for Module and attachment to the bottom rail of the box. -
Centre Frame (CF)
▸Housing for Module and attachment to the longitudinal beams of the chassis. -
Deck Slats
▸The lengths of metal that make up the physical floor where the product is loaded and moved. Also known as deck/boards/rails in different markets. -
Floor Components
▸Includes all slats, bearings, subdeck, seal, hold down blocks, end caps, and fasteners as required. Not included is the fastener to secure the subdeck to cross members. -
Extras
▸Parts added to the base kit chosen by customers to suit their market or application. EG – Control valve and components. -
Live Floor Kit (LFK)
▸The complete agreed kit to be supplied to the distributor from Hallco. This includes CDU, complete floor, and agreed extras. -
Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)
▸External system required to achieve the flow and pressure that is independent of the HALLCO live floor kit (LFK). -
Hydraulic Supply Circuit
▸Additional parts required to achieve the flow and pressure to operate the HALLCO live floor kit (LFK). Also known as Wet Kit.
